But the food delights don’t stop at mains. The innovative mastermind behind one of the world’s first Michelin starred dessert restaurants, René Frank, has conceptualized exclusive Soul St desserts, shaking up the dessert scene with the lightest, most picture perfect creations.
For the chocoholics out there, be sure to leave space for the Nitro Black Forest, adored with decadent chocolate mousse plus a tangy cherry compote adorned with vanilla foam. Yes, it really is as theatrical as it sounds, so be sure to get your camera ready for its arrival.
If you prefer something a little lighter, opt for the Green Tea Waffle, served with and almond milk and strawberry ice cream topping, or the Fig Meringue, combined with daring flavours such as chickpeas, pistachio and sweet fig sorbet.
If you fancy a trip to India, opt for the Pineapple Masala and be served with an actual pineapple itself filled with a perfectly balanced white chocolate mousse, granita and cilantro guaranteeing to set your tastebuds alight.
One of our favourites from the menu, the Churros, have recently been revamped with a new batter recipe and new ring shape plus the choice between Mexican chocolate sauce and dulce de leche, or the raspberry mango jam with smooth almond cream.
